Game Rules for Spin the Wheel, Welcome Bonus, and Rewards Program

General Rules
Eligibility:
• Spin the Wheel requires a valid phone number.
• Welcome Bonus: This requires a valid email address and must be claimed within 15 minutes of the bonus pop-up.


Participation Limit:
• Spin the Wheel: Each user can spin once per 7 days after completion of a service booking, meaning that on the user’s next booking, a fresh opportunity to spin the wheel will be presented if the periodic condition is met.
• Welcome Bonus: The bonus will not reappear until the next day if not claimed during the allotted time.

Participation Rules
Spin the Wheel:
• Rewards are service-specific or otherwise in some prizes like 10% OFF This Bill or Cash Back Voucher where the discount is applicable regardless of a specific service.
• Rewards are valid for once as specified in the prize (for the booked appointment bill or the next appointment bill) from the spin date and must be used to book and avail of the corresponding service.

  • Rewards can change from time to time but already confirmed bookings or any rewards confirmed will not be affected.


Welcome Bonus:
• Offers a 15% discount on any service for first-time bookings, valid for 30 days after registration.


Booking Summary:
• The booking confirmation will display ONLY the full service value before ANY discounts or rewards. Discounts will be applied upon validation when the user visits the salon.

Non-Stacking Policy:
• If both Spin the Wheel and Welcome Bonus apply, only the higher-value discount (in Rupees) will be applied. Further,, if two or multiple discounts were confirmed from the system to the same client on one booking session, only the highest-value discount(in Rupees) will be applied, cancelling any extras.

No-Show and Late Policy
Strict Policy:
• No-shows and cancellations without rescheduling will result in forfeiture of rewards or bonuses.

Rescheduling:
• Clients can reschedule their appointment once within a 10-day period from the original booking. If honored, the reward will remain valid.
• Rewards will not be reinstated for late arrivals or rescheduling outside the allowed timeframe.

Reward Redemption and Top Customer Program
Service-Specific Rewards:
• Spin the Wheel rewards apply only to specific services unless otherwise it is an unspecific service reward (e.g., body scrub rewards apply only to body scrub bookings and cash back vouchers or percentage discounts apply to any service booking).

  • Percentage Discounts or Add-on service rewards may be validated upon exceeding the total bill value of the booking; for instance, FREE Hair Cut (15K+ Bill) means that in order to claim this prize, the client’s total booking value should be equal to or above Rs. 15,000

First-Time Service:
• The welcome bonus can be applied to any first-time service the client books.

Top Customer Rewards:
• Clients who honor their bookings consistently throughout the year will qualify for the Top Customer Rewards Program.
• Top customers will receive exclusive rewards announced at the end of each year.

Future Promotions
Stay Updated:
• New offers, rewards, and programs will be announced on the salon’s social media pages and official website.

Additional Rules
Fair Play:
• Misuse of the system, such as creating multiple accounts, will lead to disqualification.
• Changes and Updates:
• The salon reserves the right to modify the game rules, offers, or participation requirements at any time.

• Non-Transferable Rewards:
• Rewards and bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
